The first day of training, held on the 24th of July entitled Fruit & Chocolate a classic in pastry making interpreted by Luca Montersino, saw a great chef unveil the incredible performance of the Line Golosintese, the range of fillings by Giuso which  reinterprets the traditional combination of fruit and chocolate  in a contemporary way.
