Delizia Hazelnut Paste
Obtained by a medium-roasting process, a blend of non-hydrogenated vegetable fats are added to the paste to stabilise, over time, the natural separation of hazelnut oils and a blend of aromas, to increase the intensity of flavour. This is a product that boasts a very high percentage of hazelnuts. For a brown gelato with a lightly toasted flavour and an intense and strong aroma, thanks to the careful selection of premium hazelnuts.
Delizia Pistachio Paste
Made using Californian pistachios, the paste contains a very low quantity of chlorophyll and turmeric (<1%), to give the gelato a delicate green colour.
Pasta "Nocciola Piemonte IGP" Gold
A truly excellent product, exclusively made with gently roasted and refined PGI Piedmont hazel nuts. Considered the best for aroma, sweetness, fragrance and resistance to oxidation, Piedmont hazel nuts are characterised by a perfectly round shape that permits perfect peeling and even roasting over the entire fruit. These aspects characterise the Piedmont Hazel Nut Paste, light coloured with a delicate but distinctive flavour. Like all products in the Gold Line, this reference is produced without aromas, colorants or preservatives.
