Giusogel is a complete line of top-quality jellies.Jellies in the Giusogel range guarantee excellent performances and are ideal for satisfying all different types of use and application.The four products in the range provide excellent protection and can enhance any type of product in any condition of use: they form a protective film that prevents drying and maintains product softness, protect fruit from oxidation maintaining their bright colours, enhance the surface of the product by creating a glossy, appealing and uniform layer. They also guarantee a perfect cut and don’t become matte at negative temperatures.

APRICOT FLAVOUR GIUSOGEL

It is used by adding a percentage of water equal to 30-50% and activating it by cooking at around 85°C, without ever reaching boiling point. It is ideal for pouring directly onto fruit or on surfaces that need to be glazed. It can be heated several times without ever losing its organoleptic and functional characteristics. Featuring a slight fruity flavour, it gives desserts a delicate taste.

APRICOT FLAVOUR GIUSOGEL SPRAY

Ready-to-use, after heating to 80°-85°C, with no need to dilute with water. It makes it possible to obtain a soft film that solidifies slowly, giving the product the maximum brightness and shine. The particular formulation of the product slows its absorption by dry and porous surfaces, such as shortcrust pastry or sponge cake.

READY TO USE GIUSOGEL

Featuring strong adhesive properties, which makes it ideal for the most demanding applications, such as fruit preserved at +4°C or for glazing vertical walls, both at positive and negative temperature. It covers the product with a compact, creamy and transparent layer, enhancing the natural shine of the fruit.

GELOSA JELLY

Ready to use Neutral Glaze to glaze confectionary specialties. Suited to glaze at temperatures between -18 and +4°C, they do no become opaque or freeze, always remaining workable and spreadable.
